I'm in charge of the synergies within the business unit in terms of processes, brand activations and digital activations and advisory

1. Increase the digital knowledge in the French marketing team to improve the use of digital by :
- Taking responsibility for the digital campaigns for all brands
- Sharing the knowledge
- Challenging the agencies to create effective digital plan
- Squared training (Google) - started in March

2. Product Launches
- Creating and managing logistic data, product data sheet, trade folders and sales force tools.
- Ensuring packaging compliance of PVM products
- Organising branded merchandise for conferences/sales

3. Brand activations digital and below the line
- Consumer instore promotions
- Sampling
- Digital activations
- Other brand activations

4. Qualitative research and concepts testing
