Hello, I have a Process Engineer degree, Master in International Trade and MBA. All my working experience has been in technical sales and abroad (Mexico and US). I started in B2B capital sales with process and packaging machines for the food industry. Whole projects, modules and components were our offering. Then I switched to the service business. Here is a description of my current responsibilities: - Account manager in service business for plate heat exchangers. Products sold are parts, on-site Field Service time, reconditioning and upgrades. - Drive sales in my region, forecast, data driven mentality. - Close interaction with our service centers, capital sales and technical staff. - Understand customer needs, achieve sales target, technical solutions design, quote elaboration, purchase order and contract revision, lower sales risks, negotiations and close deals, site visits and consistent customer follow-up are all part of my typical monthly activities.
