I'm Flavia, I live in Rome since 2008. I consider my self a dynamic and empathetic HR professional with over five years of experience in managing and coordinating international teams. Prior to my career in HR, I spent about 13 years as an Italian teacher for foreigners. My background also includes experiences in communication and event organization.
