Hello, I'm Flavia, I live in Rome since 2008. I consider my self a dynamic and empathetic HR professional with over five years of experience in managing and coordinating international teams. Prior to my career in HR, I spent about 13 years as an Italian teacher for foreigners. My background also includes experiences in communication and event organization. Specializing in recruitment and selection, I am particularly dedicated to discovering and developing young talents, with a specific focus on the IT and academic sectors.
