Currently, i'm Programme Manager and my missions are:
Apply Program Management Framework to Asset Maintenance projects in close collaboration with the PMO function
Drive specific Program and/or Project deliverables throughout the Program life cycle
Lead program governance by keeping an updated compliance overview for programs
Apply change, risk and resources management
Own formats for Global Programs Implementation reporting
Ensure cross-functional engagement of stakeholders to secure effective deployment of Program Implementation framework
Act as escalation point for issue resolution
Proactively provide specialized governance knowledge, guidance and best practice support to all terminals as required
