Hello, Graduated in 2009, I started to work at Procter and Gamble in Geneva as assistant brand Manager and then move to Sydney to join an early stage IT fintech start up from the appartement of a co-founder to a London listed company. I focus all my efforts on customer experience, from acquisition (marketing), to experience (engagement, adoption, retention, upsell) and support. I managed multiple teams, on site or remotely, in house or outsourced, for our company or on behalf of Enterprise customers. I love working with start up founders and teams, helping them find their business mode following proven frameworks, building the correct channels and transforming their hypothesis into facts.
