Présentation d'Aline
Hi everyone, I'm Aline, a passionate professional for social impact around the world. I am excited to be part of this network! For 13 years, I have worked in program management and fundraising in the international development and non-profit sectors. This includes 7 years in Haiti following the 2010 earthquake, which brought me extensive multi-disciplinary experience and deep knowledge of good practices in disaster response, poverty reduction and livelihood improvement. Working in Haiti allowed me to successfully lead multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams working on disaster recovery projects. I developed partnerships with key institutions, assessed and took direct action on people’s needs and achieved significant social impact on vulnerable families. I also successfully led strategies for disaster recovery and prevention, advocated to governmental entities, INGOs and donors to fund and implement disaster-resistant construction projects, while ensuring the participation and growth of local small businesses, impacting the lives of thousands of families. Following Haiti, I worked in fundraising and business development from the US for 2.5 years, I successfully led and collaborated with financial and impact partners, applied for grants with various levels of administrative, activities, impacts and budget requirements, written proposals, and secured partnerships. I also oversaw monitoring and evaluation efforts in Asia, the Caribbean and Latin America, for social and economic impacts such as job creation and improvement of the safety and livelihood of vulnerable families. I graduated from Université du Maine, Le Mans, France, with a Masters' in small and medium organizations, and started then working in projects with developing countries. I speak French, English, Italian, some Spanish and Haitian Creole. Do not hesitate to contact me and let's chat if you want to learn more about my path! Aline
