Hello, I am a global coach and consultant developing strategies with people and companies towards their new version 2.0 :) Currently I am delivering services in 3 different fields. 30% is dedicated to coaching services for companies, with a clear focus on bringing self confidence in a more complex world. Then 30% is dedicated to consulting, more either on procurement as well as young CEOs for small companies. Finally I am lecturing in various business schools and professional training centers to transfer knowledge I have gathered through the years. After graduating from a Master II in international business I started my career in specialized retail Do It Yourself industry. I then move back into a more technology industry for a subsidiary of DuPont specialized in semiconductors. There I switched into strategic procurement and move abroad abroad for 10 years in Germany where I was working in one of the most advanced semiconductor factory in the world. I moved the procurement function in Germany and set up the whole processes for the region. Then I moved in another more stable industry in Switzerland where I was leading globally the strategic procurement for a leading medtec company. Working globally and setting up strategic contracts & Alliances with key partners, leading the overall procurement strategy for key materials and services. Etc.
