Hi! I am an IT programme manager, focused in the finance industry (payment programmes, card services, mobile payments etc) My day to day tasks are varied, which is one of the many reasons I love what I do! From planning, anticipating issues, managing risks through to following budgets and delivering on time, whilst building and motivating teams!

I am responsible for ensuring the objectives of the company are met, be it through developing a new implementaion strategy, or improving delivery processes, whilst operating within a specific scope and budget, remaining on time (and on target!)

I have been working in the fintech world for the last 15 years and in project and programme management for the last 20 years and a bit. My work has given me the opportunity to operate across EMEA for large and small companies! I've rescued failing projects, implemented innovative solutions and worked as a transformation manager to push a fortune 500 company into the digital age!
